Family Tree Private School and Ministries support educational pursuits, and the authority of parents over the lives of their children - rights bestowed by God.
Family Tree Private School offers accredited K-12 private school enrollment for families who homeschool, transcript services for homeschoolers registered with their local districts, and individualized education programs. This includes curriculum guidance, I.Q. and academic testing, referrals for special education services, free K-12 Florida Virtual School, dual enrollment at colleges, e-learning courses for training and career development, and literacy programs.

ABOUT THE DIRECTORS
Nancy and Bob possess a long-standing passion for family values, especially in the area of educating children. They believe that this duty should remain in the hands of parents. Nancy and Bob met in 1982, and worked together as volunteers for 3 years in youth groups, street ministries for the homeless, and prison ministries. One day Bob declared to Nancy, "You're the kind of girl I'd like to marry!" A short romance followed, and a formal proposal. They were married in 1985, and remain in the state they love, Florida. Their three children are 5th generation Floridians, and were homeschooled for all twelve grades. Bob and Nancy felt a calling to create a formidable, high quality private school to support "parent directed instruction", also known as homeschooling. With a Biblical foundation and prayer, in 1999 Family Tree Private School was born and continues to provide the support of private school enrollment for families who desire to use a parent directed model.

| DON'T KNOW WHAT END'S UP OR DOWN?! |
|
| We can help you prepare a Homeschool Transcript if you are enrolled with your local school district, and not enrolled in Family Tree Private School. This "Homeschool Transcript" is your affirmation of studies, and is for informational purposes only and adds professionalism to your records. Other schools and colleges need to know, and appreciate you giving them information on what classes have been accomplished by your student. Other schools need additional information, such as how many community service hours, and testing your child completed. Schools are obligated to accept your affirmation of studies, and cannot summarily reject your records. They can though, require testing, or other academic checks to place your student. You may contact the Homeschool Legal Defense Association if your homeschool records are rejected, or schools tell you your stduent is requred to re-take credits already accomplished (without offering you a testing option, or other academic checks.)
Click the picture on the left if you wish to see a sample homeschool transcript. Transcripts we complete for you will contain cross-referenced Florida Course Code numbers, and will have our seal on them as Consultant. If you need accredited private school transcripts for past school work finished, you may "transfer credits in", or "test in" credits much like college CLEP tests that award college credits through testing. Please call the school to discuss enrollment for this option.
